JAH3 Kingston, Jamaica

Santa Claus Red Dress
Run 259
"Mountain Spring"
Jacks Hill, St. Andrews

Joyful, joyful!  We had a great afternoon at Joan Lindo's  "Mountain Spring" home on Jacks Hill! Stunning views over Kingston added to the atmosphere. Some 70 hashers came. Santas dominated the scene, as the Hash Master had called for a Red Dress Run.

The chicken got home early from a short and easy trail hoping to start finishing the beer, if Rice 'N Peas had allowed such quest and not taken the keys to his  supply with him on the long trail! This was worth a down down! Rice 'N Peas, we thank you for being "the dray, who is always willing to cart the beers around in his own quiet and unassuming way!" as Doctor Livingstone had put it.

It was a hot afternoon and the steep slopes up and down hill were pushing almost every runner to their limits. The hares, Rasta Shakespeare, Coco-Nuts, Triple L, Pum'kin Eater and Joan, obviously thought after a successful Hash Year 2007 we would all be fit for this final challenge? "HO HO HO! ON ON in 2008!"

Yours truly, BMW
